Chapter 1


Chapter 1 – Discuss what you do to create a higher standard of behavior with your students?  What are your feelings on Love and Logic Tip #1 – Dealing with Power Struggles?

Chapter 2


Chapter 2 – Address one of the several myths highlighted and discuss your own experience regarding the myth you selected.  How can your campus teammates assist you in tackling the myths?

Chapter 3


Chapter 3 – Three basic rules – Which of the rules is the most difficult for you to utilize with your students and why?  What can your campus peers do to help you to become better at utilizing the rule with your students more consistently?

Chapter 4


Chapter 4 – How are you going to find time to utilize the Love and Logic strategies in your classroom and how can you help your teammates as they also search for time to utilize the Love and Logic strategies?

Chapter 5


Chapter 5 – Share your thoughts on at least one norm and one other factor that affects discipline that the authors included in Chapter 5.  Include how you will address the norm and factor with your student in the classroom.  How can your peers assist with addressing the issues teachers face each day?  What will you do to help your peers?

Chapter 6


Chapter 6 – Discuss how deep your Sphere of Influence goes when it comes to positively impacting our students’ perceptions and behaviors?  Give an example of how you have used your Sphere of Influence with a student.  Do you think it is possible to “deepen” one’s Sphere of Influence? Why or why not?
